Just meet the minimum requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- $1000 per month net income
- Have had the same source of income for 1 year
- Have resided in the Greater Birmingham area for the
past 5 years
- Cannot currently be in bankruptcy
Upon approval, you need to bring in:
- Valid Alabama drivers license
- Current pay check stub
- Current telephone bill
- Four personal references
